Full Charges will apply if there is a no show to a Firm Order (F.O.)
Full Charges will apply if there is a cancellation of a (F.O.) eight
(8) hrs. (480 min. or less) prior to scheduled start time.
60% Charges will apply if a cancellation of a (F.O.) sixteen
(16) hrs. (960 min. - 481 min.) prior to your scheduled start time.
40% Charges will apply if a cancellation of a (F.O.) twenty-four
(24) hrs. (1440 min. - 961 min.) prior to your scheduled start time.
20% Charges will apply if a cancellation of a (F.O.) thirty-six
(36) hrs. (2160 min. � 1441 min.) prior to your scheduled start time.
10% Charges will apply if a cancellation of a (F.O.) forty-eight
(48) hrs. (2880 min. � 2161 min.) prior to your scheduled start time.
No Charge when cancellation is beyond 48 Hours
Notification of any change to a (F.O.), must be made
(12) twelve hours or more prior to any (F.O.) with a Valley Limousine agent
by phone @ 1-888-699-5466.
Minimum Charge for a (F.O.) change is $25.00
