Full Charges will apply if there is a no show to a Firm Order (F.O.)
Full Charges will apply if there is a cancellation of a (F.O.) two hours
(120 min. or less) prior to your scheduled pick up or scheduled arrival.
50% Charges will apply if a cancellation of a (F.O.) is made by
notifying Valley Limousine by phone (121 min. - 239 min.)
prior to your scheduled pick up or scheduled arrival.
There are no charges for cancellation of a (F.O.) if you notify
Valley Limousine by phone four (4) hours 240 min. or more prior to your
scheduled pick up or scheduled arrival.
From time to time the dynamics of a given situation
(because of weather or airline inventory problems) require that you make
adjustments to your (F.O.), with Valley Limousine, to catch another
carrier/or time slot for that �same day only�.
These changes MUST BE made as a Firm Order Change Request (F.O.C.R.)
with a Valley Limousine agent via phone @ 1-888-699-5466
A New (F.O.) confirmation will be issued @ that time.
A $25.00 fee for all (F.O.C.R.) that are 6 hrs. (360 min. or less) from scheduled (F.O.)
