Driver gratuity, PUC fee, airport fee, tolls, parking, extra stops,

and wait time for extra stops.

Restrictions:

The Scheduled pick up time is a firm start time.

Wait time charges will apply for wait time accrual beyond five minutes.

Disclosures:

Please describe the number of passengers, pets, and the quantity and size of luggage.

Please define any special needs to accommodate infants & children with car seats, the elderly,

handicapped, or minors traveling without an adult.
